If the problem persists, please, specify the following details for us:
- The module of your portal the problem occurrs in (Projects, CRM, Documents, Mail etc.).
- The step-by-step scenario of your actions.
- The concrete moment the problem occurrs in.
Also to detect the problem, please, do the following:
1) Open the browser you work in and press "F12" key. At the bottom of the screen a console window of the browser will appear.
2) In the console window choose the "Console" tab
3) Log into your portal and repeat the actions which you have a problem performing.
4) In case while performing these actions some error occurrs in the "Console" tab (the text marked red will appear), please, send us the screenshot of the console window with the error (the lines marked red).
