Email Server Not Capturing All Emails

I tried setting up OnlineOffice as an email server and I could send emails, but not receive them. So after a week of trying to figure it out, I abandoned the idea. So now I've just added email accounts to it instead, but for some weird reason, not all emails are getting through. For example, I have vendor@mydomain.com setup through my cpanel hosting. I can do a test email from myname@outlook.com to vendor@mydomain.com and it will show up in my webmail and OO as well. However, at times which seem random, other emails from other places may not show up. I haven't noticed a pattern yet.

I really need this to work. I've tried deleting the accounts and adding the back again. I still get the same problem.

Please advise...
