Email Server Not Capturing All Emails

I tried setting up OnlineOffice as an email server and I could send emails, but not receive them. So after a week of trying to figure it out, I abandoned the idea. So now I've just added email accounts to it instead, but for some weird reason, not all emails are getting through. For example, I have setup through my cpanel hosting. I can do a test email from to and it will show up in my webmail and OO as well. However, at times which seem random, other emails from other places may not show up. I haven't noticed a pattern yet.

I really need this to work. I've tried deleting the accounts and adding the back again. I still get the same problem.

Please advise...
