cannot add a comment

I have created my portal on
I have created a Document and would like to add a comment, but when I highlight text and right click, there is no possibility to add a comment
Furthermore, I cannot see the icons on the left side bar (chat etc)

Do I need to activate some module?

We would ike to note, that the "Live Commenting" feature is excluded from ONLYOFFICE free cloud version on
