Can't access to mail via third party email clients

I have installed onlyoffice document server, mail server, and community server. I have setup everything like domain name. I created a new mailbox. I am able to send and receive emails. I have problems when I try to access to the email that I just created via third party email clients like thunderbird, outlook, android and iphone, as well as telnet, openssl s_client. I can't login.

How can I change the password for my email address?
