If it's a new email address can the contact be automatically created as an external user?

Hello,

You can create a new contact for your CRM database directly from ONLYOFFICE Mail module:

1) Open the email message and do the right click on the field with details "From", "To", "Date".
2) In the drop-down list choose one of two options, which fits your needs: "Create new CRM person" or "Create new CRM company".

Please, take a look at the screenshot attached to this message.

There is no feature to create an external portal user automatically from received email message. If you want to register a new user on your portal, please, use this guide.
