I've been trying to get an unbilled time report sent to me on a Friday afternoon so it can be invoiced. However the report that gets generated shows all payment statuses, not just unbilled. These are the steps I've followed:
In the Projects module, select Reports.
Select Time Tracking report.
Amend report parameters to:
- View by action group: All working groups
- View by user: select a user
- Payment statuses: Not Billed
- Time period: Current week
- View by user tasks
Create Template
Generate such report automatically
Every week
Friday
17:00
Save
When viewing the newly created template report, I see ALL payment statuses selected.
