integration doesn't work

I have issues with integrating talk into third party software.
I tested it with several xmpp clients but none of them worked. Some clients where sayn that something with the certificate is wrong others like pidgin where just showing the message "Unable to connect".
I've tested it also with a non onlyoffice adress, and there it was working fine.
Don't know what I could do about making it work. Here's my data:

Server Name: yunity.teamlab.eu.com
Server Address: yunity.teamlab.eu.com
Connection Port: 5222

Hello Paul,

We have forwarded the description of the issue to our technical specialists. Please try to do the following to resolve the issue:

- Please check, if jid you enter is correct. You can check it on this page of your portal .../addons/talk/default.aspx

- Please also check certificate settings, because ONLYOFFICE supports only TLS and port 5222.

- One more way is to try to turn off data encryption.

Here's the message I resieve from pidgin:


"Accept certificate for yunity.teamlab.eu.com?

The certificate for yunity.teamlab.eu.com could not be validated.
The certificate claims to be from "*.onlyoffice.eu" instead. This could mean that you are not connecting to the service you believe you are.
The certificate has expired and should not be considered valid. Check that your computer's date and time are accurate."

And then once I click on "view certificate" that what it shows:

Hello Paul,

We have forwarded all the information to our developers. The bug has been detected. As soon as the issue is resolved, it will be introduced to ONLYOFFICE platform during the update.

I need to correct. It still shows that the protocoll is untrusted. With some apps it's still running, with some not
