Save as PDF doesn't work

Hi
I use Desktop Document Editor 4.2.3.296
When I try to "Save As" PDF it saves only the first page.
Even if the document has several pages, it saves in pdf only the 1st page and the pdf created is always of 176 ko (whatever the size of the original .docx document is).
Does anyone have the same pb ?
Any ideas ?

My OS is Windows 10
It does tat with all documents.
