We have several email addresses (sales, billing, support, abuse, voice etc) that would import into a ticket system that we use. From what I can tell, we can only attach a mailbox to a portal user. How can we create separate email accounts that could connect via IMAP and download the messages to be imported to our ticket system?
If that isn't possible and would require a portal user for each mail account (huge costs involved...) how can we setup split delivery so we can setup an external mail server to handle these types of email accounts?
