cloud folders not accessible anymore

Hello,

I'm using "personnal use" of OnlyOffice, getting satisfied of the product... Working on Chrome and Firefox (W7 plateform)

About cloud folders, they are not accessible anymore (about 1 week ago) from Document tree view.

They are still existing when making a bookmark in my browser, but not very fonctionnal.

Hello,

Please try to empty the cache and clear the cookies of the browser you work in and then try again.
How to empty the cache you can learn here.

If it doesn't resolve the issue, please contact us again.

Hye,

Sorry but it's not solved by empty the cache.

Want's to precise that Normal folders are working well, the probleme is when i want to create google drive or dropbox link, it can mount them but not save the link in my Document.

Also I try to completly remove all my documents starting from scratch... but also does not make it work better my document don't keep thse links

When i first use it, it was working very well, i was very staisfied of these functionnality

step1 Connect to my account with one folder, Wants to add an account Google
Step2 I connect My Google account whith ONLYOFFICE and then accept right access
Step3 I Give a Folder name to the link account
Step4 I'm now connected whith my Google Account, But i'don't see the folder created in the Document treview on the left
Step5 If i go back to the parent folder or in "normalfolder" i won't be able to come back in my connect folder anymore. (The only way is to connect another time by adding account...)

Thank you for the provided information.

We forwarded the issue to our developers for testing and they didn't find any bugs in this scenario.

Have you installed any updates before document folders became displaying incorrectly?

We would highly recommend you to disable all plugins, add-ons and extensions in the browser you are using and connect cloud storages again.

Please inform us about the results.

Hye,

I tried that, but still the same result. If i use the link, i can go back in the mount folder, but with out keeping it i can't get it threw the left tree menu.

Got the same result on IE, EDGE, CHROME and FIREFOX!

Do i have to test something more?

Dear user,

Please try to create a new Personal ONLYOFFICE account and try to connect cloud storages in this account.

Inform about the results.

Hello,

Yes finaly it works fine. Maybe i tried to connect an owncloud on the other account, it failed and make it broken.
Thanks for time spending.... and hope that will not reproduce.
