where do i find the documents of the users ?

Hi,

we are currently testing the hosted Test version.
I am the administrator of this instance. I wonder where i can find the documents of the users in the web interface ?
Can you help me ?

Hello,

You can see documents in the shared with me and the common documents sections in the documents module.
If you are not given access to users' documents by users, you are not able to see them.

Greeting Kate, OnlyOffice, can you help me ? New install of onlyoffice on Ubuntu 20.04. Your version ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors version 5.5.1.78

ISSUE: When trying to Open a file, I am unable to browse to local and shared smb directories on my LAN.

I read thru the installation instructions, but did not find anything pertaining to setting up user preferences or options. You mentioned here about a documents module ? What needs adjustment.

All I see as a user is ability to browse to computer. My normal file manager shows smb LAN and Ramdisk local locations.

However, when I browse, I am unable to see any of these locations. If you want me to get technical with you I am very comfortable editing config and adjusting permissions. If you are unable to explain please recommend who in support specialists of onlyoffice that I need to go to next .

Unfortunately, currently this problem is not solved. The developers are fixing it. Please keep for updates.
