Custom Reports

It would be really great to be able to create custom reports in the CRM on any field (system or user created). The included reports seem very limited and give an overview of the information but no details behind it. Thanks.

Hi There,

Has there been any movement on this?

It seems really counter intuitive to be able to add custom fields but then not be able to filter/sort or view by your custom fields unless you export to excel - which sort of defeats the purpose.
I am currently trying to convince a group of remote/from home team members that this platform is a good option for us and the CRM was to be a major selling point for usability. Without the ability to actually use our custom fields a bit of the shine really has come off.

PLEASE PLEASE add costume fields to the FIELD chooser option in the CRM Reports module - PLEASE xxxxxx

Hi, Not sure if my previous reply loaded. Apologies if this is a duplicate.

Basically - Why have Custom/user Fields if we cannot view them or use them in the reporting function ?
I am trying to get a team of remote work form home colleagues to use this platform and the CRM was going to be one of the selling points - along with the document module (which so far seems pretty good) You know Outlook can sort by custom/user fields so why not here ?

Should we be suing the TAGs as our Custom fields ?

Thanks for any design edits you can make.
