Export CRM to Excel

Hello,

To export your CRM data, please follow the easy steps below:
Enter your ONLYOFFICE portal using your login details.
Click the CRM link on the start page.
Click the Settings option at the left-side panel then choose Common settings section.
Click the Download all data in one ZIP archive button within the 'Export of All Data' section.

Hi,
I did it but after choosing Setting option at the left-side panel, there is no Common settings section appear. Pls help me again for this issue. Tks

Sorry. This instruction is valid only for admins of the portal.

Being the user of the portal, you can Export current list to CSV-file by clicking on the button "..." (right from the button "Create new") and selecting the appropriate option.

Hi,

I have tried with admin account. It's the same with mine.
As your direction, I choose "..." near Create button and what I see there is "Import" something but my focus isn't to import something, but export data. Any other ways to export data by using my user account?
