If it's a new email address can the contact be automatically created as an external user?

You can create a new contact for your CRM
database directly from ONLYOFFICE Mail
1) Open the email message and do the right click on the field with details "From", "To", "Date".
2) In the drop-down list choose one of two options, which fits your needs: "Create new CRM person" or "Create new CRM company".
