ability to schedule appointments or link to 3rd party scheduling tool

Post by newuser » Thu May 20, 2021 8:12 pm

Hello,

Reading through some of these topics, I wondered about the possibility for a couple of (related?) things:

1. to share a calendar externally, say a community calendar, with events that are open to the public so the public could see and attend them as they wish;
2. to have a scheduling calendar such that non-portal users may book an appointment/time-slot with a portal user during said user's open availability times (something like calendly, for example).

Thanks for considering!

Hello!

1) Please be informed that it is not possible to share a calendar to the public. It is available only for portal users.

2) You can synchronize ONLYOFFICE calendar with another one via caldav - events will be synchronized in both directions (from portal to device and from device to portal). If you use ical link it will be possible to unilaterally edit there, but the changes will only be in the calendar where you are editing, and will not be transferred to the source calendar.

Here is the link https://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/userg ... endar.aspx to find the detailed information.

Should you need further assistance, please let us know,
Best regards!
