Bookmarks Feature Request

I use bookmarks pretty heavily for marketing research and I find OO bookmarks lacking.

This is a request for the following features:

Would really like to have:
1.| Allow twice as many tags(or characters I should say).
2.| Allow advance search of only bookmarks(not the whole community), by multiple tags, for filtering.

What I use bookmarks for: I like to bookmark sites(like competitors), then tag them with what services or features they have. When I do research, I can search/filter(by tag) through bookmarks the sites that offer those features and/or services.

Would like to have if it isn't heavy on the system:
1.| Add your own screenshots, since the screenshots are only taken less than half of the time.
