Forums Need A Few More Features

I don't need a fully fledged forum, that's not what OO is for and I understand that. However, we NEED the ability to move topics to other boards. I have co-workers who keep posting in the wrong boards. Since I cannot move posts, I have to delete it and ask the person to repost in another(proper) board. Also, since we cannot edit category descriptions(which is fine), so we re-create the category with the new description, and start posting there. However, we need the ability to move all topics to another category if we try to delete a category with topics in it.
