Incorrect scaling on my non HiDPI display, Pop!_OS.

Post by NitroFingers » Thu Jun 25, 2020 3:49 pm

Hi, OnlyOffice & Zoom.us are currently the only 2 apps on my PC that are not scaling correctly.
I have managed to fix the Zoom app by turning "autoscale" to false in my ~/.config/zoomus.conf file.

Any ideas on how I can achieve the same with OnlyOffice or what the root cause is?

Information about my setup:
- Display: A non HiDPI 1080p 24'' display
- OS: Pop!_OS (fresh install with no mods/funny setting)

See attached screenshot with Chrome(correct size) for scale.

Hello!

Please try to run ONLYOFFICE desktop editor with --force-scale=1 or --force-scale=2 argument to solve the problem.

Best regards.
