How to set zoom level to "fit current width"?

Post by pstein » Fri Mar 03, 2017 8:44 am

Assume I open a document.
Currently the zoom level for the first page is 100%.
Now I set the zoom level to 140%

First question: When I close now the document and re-open it the zoom level is 100% again.
How do I tell OnlyOffice to remember the last zoom level?

Furthermore assume I set the zoom level manually to 140%.
When I resize now the OnlyOffice window the document does NOT resize as well.

Second question: How do I tell OnlyOffice to fit the zoom level automatically to the current width of the OO window?

Hello Peter,

1) Unfortunately, there is no opportunity to set up and safe zoom at the definite level. Everytime you re-open the document zoom will be set up to the default value.

2) The same situation is with the second question. 'Fit to width' option can not be set up to turn on automatically. After re-opening of the document all the zoom settings are getting to the default values.

We will pass on this information to our Development Department for further consideration.

If you have any ideas on improvement of ONLYOFFICE platform, you are always welcome to share them with us within this Cloud Forum.
