Hello!
Message history of the Talk tool is saved for the whole period for each person you have talked to. You can choose the period to observe your chat correspondence history with each user from one to day to the whole period. Click on the Message history button on the bottom toolbar in opened Talk window and choose the period from the drop-down list on the top toolbar in the opened Message history window.
