Good software, bad support

I have been a client for many years...and mostly of the time I do not use this app because I do not have any kind of support. The online chat does´nt answer... sometimes I wait for 15 or 20 minutes and the only message was the first automatic "Hello, How may I help you?"
So, we use mainly for keeping some information.
Now, we can not even make a backup of the 39 Gb we have here, and even when we delete many files, there is still 39 Gb!
