I had not received the summary time report email that i'd made from a template from some time ago. (almost 2 weeks)
Is there any problem with the sending?

Due to the short-term technical issues we experience now there is a problem with functioning of online office Reports system.
Our developers are working on the solution of this problem.
As soon as the issue is resolved, the solution will be introduced into ONLYOFFICE during the next update of the service, which we are planning to release at the beginning of the next week.
We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience the issue might have caused.

We had waiting for more than 2 weeks, and nothing had been fixed. Sending and receiving email reports are essential for our management system, and this is a very BIG problem to us.

Unfortunately, we were obliged to change the data of release of the next ONLYOFFICE update with the solution of this problem.
